An elegant dining experience. Explore an exclusive 4 course private dinner, with a iconic pairing prepared by Sommelier and Chef Monrick Croes from The Wine Room.

This unique and adventurous foodie experience will find you at Monrick's Home, A typical Aruba-styled Cunucu House from over a hundred years old, set in the Aruban countryside Cristal Hills, but with a fine dining experience. Price: $300 is per person, based on a 6-course Cart Blanche wine pairing experience, finished with after-dinner cigars & drinks. Wines are included and are rare and at an ultra-premium level. Special diets or requests can be accommodated. Offered on Sundays and Mondays only. Maximum 8 guests per reservation.

In the hills of Cristal, a region at Paradera close to the ostrich-farm, you will find your self in a very serene atmosphere away from the touristy area.

We love to create dishes that come from the heart and that inspire us, therefore every dish is exclusively made with lots of passion and solely for you, our very special guest for the evening.

Inspiration starts with our wines and we will pair this accordingly, our menus are designed to include seasonal ingredients, the exclusive discovery of Chef/Sommelier's own crafty creation using only the highest quality available, and, of course, your preferences.
